This product not only is it very pretty and compliment my other kitchen accessories but it is easy to use and it strains the oil excellently. The oil was super clear with absolutely no food residue. To pour from the pot is very easy with no spills and it comes with a tray so you will get no oil on counter top. Will be buying another as a gift.
